PAYMENT: We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express. PayPal and Bank Transfer.

DAMAGED ITEMS: We are NOT responsible for any damaged items. Once your order leaves our warehouse we have no control over the handling of the shipment to you. We strongly advise you to deal with the carrier. Our promise to you is that your order is in great condition for resale on our final inspection before handing over to the carrier of your choice.

We cannot be held liable for any loss, costs, damages, or charges incurred as a result of delivery of goods to you to your chosen destination.

RETURNS: Please Order Carefully. We Cannot Accept Any Returns. DO NOT SEND MERCHANDISE BACK.

REFUNDS: We can NOT make refunds to you once the order has been processed into production.

SAMPLES: We do NOT send out free samples as these are high quality products. That's why we have a very low MOQ to help you out.

SHIPPING CHARGES: Our prices do NOT include shipping charges. Client is responsible for all importation shipping costs, including duties & taxes.

ORDER COMPLETION: This can take between 2 - 4 weeks excluding weekends for your order to be completed, checked and shipped.
